The occasion changes; the method does not
The nice thing about doing invitations through Jitabi is that you learn the method once and it carries across everything. A long table for twelve, a gender reveal, a family reunion, the evening you launch something small at work โ each begins the same way. You describe the gathering in ordinary words, the assistant drafts a page with a reply button, you shape it by replying, publish, and the answers collect on a list.
What differs from event to event is only the description you send and the sections that occasion happens to need. The pipeline, the finished page and the tracked replies stay constant, which is why running several gatherings a year stops feeling like several separate projects.
