One paragraph in, a whole page out

From One Paragraph to a Published Page

Type a paragraph about the occasion and let the AI draft the welcome, the schedule, the dress note and the FAQ inside the app. You edit any line, publish when it is right, and the reply system is already wired to the same link.

The starting point is a paragraph

You do not begin by dragging boxes or picking fonts. You begin by writing what you already know, in one note: “Luka is graduating in June — morning ceremony in the main hall, a family lunch after, keep it warm and easy for the grandparents.” That short paragraph is enough to seed every section of the page.

The AI reads it and starts filling the parts a graduation page tends to need. You have moved from an empty editor to a draft you can react to, which is usually where the effort was stuck.

What the in-app AI drafts for you

Each of these lands in the section editor as text you can change, not an image you are stuck with.

    • The welcome heading and opening paragraph, in a tone that matches your note.
    • The event details and the day’s schedule wording — ceremony time, lunch after — which you put real numbers against.
    • The venue and directions block, ready for the correct hall name and any gate note.
    • A dress-code line and a short FAQ covering the questions guests always send.

You edit before it goes live

The draft is a first pass, nothing more. Change the wording, delete a sentence, fold in a detail the AI could not know. The rule that protects you is simple: an unpublished page is not visible to guests, so a draft link does nothing for anyone until you decide.

This is where honesty matters. The AI will happily write a confident time for a ceremony it was only hinted at. You are the one who knows the hall opens at eleven and lunch is at one. Verify the date, the venue and the guest list — that is human work — and let the drafting carry the rest. Read the whole page once before you publish, because the moment the link goes out it starts collecting replies against the details you confirmed.

The reply system is already attached

These are not AI features bolted on later; they are part of the page the moment you publish.

    Guest replies

Guests confirm from their phone in a couple of taps and name a plus-one inside the limit you set, so the number is real early rather than guessed at the door.

    Meal notes

Choices and allergies are captured with the reply, so the kitchen gets a real number early.

    One live list

Every answer attaches to a name on a single guest list you can read on your phone, from the venue or the taxi, with no spreadsheet running alongside it.

    Quiet reminders

Guests who have not answered can be sent a reminder without you typing another chase.

    How it works

    Paragraph to published page

    Write the paragraph

Describe who, when, where and the tone you want. The AI seeds the sections from that one note.

    Shape each section

In the app, edit the drafted welcome, schedule, venue and FAQ. Replace placeholders with real times and the correct hall name.

    Publish when it reads right

The page stays hidden until you publish. Make it live on your link only once you have checked the details.

    Share and watch replies

Send the link to your list. Confirmations, plus-ones and meal notes start landing on the same guest list.

    Questions

Common questions about create event website with AI

Does the AI publish the page for me?

No. The AI only drafts. The page stays a private draft until you hit publish yourself, so nothing a guest can open exists anywhere until you have read it and approved it.

Can I ignore the AI and write it myself?

Yes, entirely. The drafting is an optional prefill, not a step you have to take. Every field stays editable, so you can delete a suggestion and type the line yourself, or ignore the assistant and write the whole section from scratch.

Does it add my guests for me?

It drafts wording, not people. There is no contact import, so you build the guest list by adding names yourself, or you publish, send the link and let replies gather guests as they confirm.

Which occasions get a full section-by-section site?

Weddings, birthdays, baby showers and graduations have their own dedicated multi-section designs. Other gatherings use a general event page with the same details and replies, and a dedicated corporate or anniversary design is not out yet.
